Avanti launched two Sledgehammer poles in 6m and 8m lengths earlier in the year and they sold out quickly – now we’ve got a longer 9.5m version as part of the range.

As the name suggests the Sledgehammer pole has been built to withstand some serious abuse and deliver power when it’s needed, and at 9.5m this pole give you that bit extra length to reach further down the margins or out into the lake.

Inside the Sledgehammer is a match top two kit which you can use as a flick tip for silvers or cut back and elasticate for bigger silverfish and carp.

There’s also a ready elasticated spare power kit loaded with a No 12-14 rated elastic and has a PTFE bush, removable bung and rig connector already fitted. The pole even comes with a ready tied pole rig to get you fishing straight away.

All joints have been strengthened and there’s an anti-friction finish on all sections for easy shipping in and out.
