A new combination rod that offers two float rods in one! The Avanti Precision Combi Float can be fished at two different lengths – 12ft and 14ft – giving you huge flexibility for fishing on lakes and rivers.

Start with the 12ft length and you’ve got a decent length rod ideal for all aspects of float fishing on stillwaters with the power to handle pellet waggler or fishing down the edge for carp with the finesse to fish for silverfish too.

It will handle mainlines from 2lb up to 6lb and is best used with wagglers from 2BB up to 6AAA with the softer tip and through action helping to protect lighter hooklengths should you wish to scale down for silvers.

But that’s not all this rod does. Add on the dolly butt section and you take the rod up to its longer, 14ft length which makes it ideal for controlling waggler or stick floats on running water venues where roach and chub are the target species.

The Precision Combi Float rod features a superb cork/EVA handle with a low profile, screw reel seat and the new Matsuku Black Eye lined guides throughout its length.
