Terms and Conditions

Payment

We accept credit card payment by Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Solo. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax or securely over the Internet.

All credit card numbers are encrypted when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption.  They are only decrypted after they reach our computer and are not held in clear text on any web site.

VAT

17.5% VAT is included in the prices shown.

Delivery

We ship only to the UK Mainland, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man and Eire. Please note that a signature will be required upon delivery. For most items the delivery charge to the majority of the UK Mainland is £6 for one item or £10 for multiple items regardless of the number or size of items ordered. For some heavier items such as bait, the delivery charge will depend on the total quantity ordered. In all cases you will be advised of the total delivery charge during the checkout process, or you can check the delivery charge within your current shopping cart by entering your country and postcode. Delivery to the Isle of Wight is a minimum of £15. Delivery to the Isle of Man, the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland and Eire is a minimum of £30.

What happens if my parcel is damaged in transit or has missing items?

All goods must be inspected on receipt. If on opening your item you find that it is damaged, is missing contents or faulty please contact us by phone on 01246 540 140 stating your order number, date ordered, delivery address & details of the product fault, any shortage and/or damage. Damage from transit where visable must be signed for as damaged on receipt.

Please note that all damaged items and shortages must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt. No exceptions will be made whatsoever. All items received and signed for as damaged will be collected free of charge. However if not you may have to pay to return the goods via the Royal Mail for inspection.

What happens if I receive an incorrect or incomplete order?

Due to the state of the art logistical systems we have in place this should not happen. All goods are checked three times, at different stages of the picking/packing process, before they are dispatched.

If you receive an incorrect or incomplete order please advise us by phone within 48 hours of receipt on 01246 540 140. We will then investigate the matter and try to resolve the matter as quickly as possible and offer you a solution.

Please include as much detail as possible to enable us to resolve the issue.

Delivery Schedule

Providing that the items are in stock, we will normally send your order to arrive with you within 5 working days. Out of stock items will be delivered within 14-28 days.

Guarantee

We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 90 day warranty covering normal use.

Returns Policy

Under the Distance Selling Regulations all orders may be cancelled from the moment the contract is concluded and up to seven working days of you receiving the goods, for a full refund of the original purchase price including our delivery charge. You are responsible for taking reasonable care of the goods while in your possession and for the cost of returning them to us safely. It is advisable to obtain a certificate of posting or send goods recorded delivery.

If you wish to cancel an order or return goods, you must inform us in writing or by email.

Please return all goods with original packaging within 14 days of cancellation or as soon as practicable.

Refunds will be made as quickly as possible within a maximum of 30 days from the date of cancellation.

After the 7 day cancellation period has ended, all goods may still be returned unused within 14 days for a full refund of their cost excluding any carriage charges.

Under the Sale of Goods Act when goods are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described, they may be returned for a repair/replacement/full refund including all carriage charges.
