New Superstore Now Open!

Used Tackle and Dragon Carp Direct have opened their biggest-ever tackle shop with a new megastore at the Springfields Shopping Park in Spalding, Lincs.

The Outlet village already boasts 55 shops including a Nike Factory Outlet, Marks & Spencer, Costa Coffee, and Mountain Warehouse, plus cafes and a pub, but this is the first fishing tackle shop at the popular location.

Opening just before Christmas, the huge store has taken over the space of three shops and is right at the entrance to the complex, with over 800 parking spaces just across the road!

The massive store means it’s packed out with tackle with everything from seatboxes and poles to float, feeder, and carp rods, plus bivvies, brollies, reels, bait, chairs, and a massive range of winter clothing and boots.

Used Tackle boss Roger Surgay has confirmed there’s even more stock on its way too, and with up to 70 per cent off most items you’re bound to find a bargain on the gear you need.

He told Angling Times: “This huge clearance centre is in the perfect location and we’re already attracting loads of anglers from Peterborough, Boston, and Lincoln areas as it’s easy to get to and there’s plenty of parking too.”

FROM THE NORTH – Turn off the A1 at Newark and follow the A17, at Sutterton follow the A16 to Spalding. Follow the brown signs to Springfields.

FROM THE SOUTH – Turn off the A1 at Stamford and take the A16 East to Spalding. Follow the brown signs to Springfields.
